Acceptable Stay, some issues noticed

The room was nice. It included a coffee machine and robes. The bed was also VERY comfortable , I slept well.
The staff seemed tired. Getting in and out of the underground parking lot proved tricky , it needed a code. The app I was supposed to use to unlock the gate seemed buggy.

the room was spacious and clean, it met all expectations. the hotel is conveniently near the van gogh museum. numerous restaurants are close by. getting to and from schiphol airport was easy because public transport is so close.
the shower did not drain properly, a minor inconvenience.

i found the location convenient, especially for accessing nearby restaurants. staff members were always cute, greeting me as i passed through the lobby. the hotel provided a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. the staff were very helpful and friendly .
the beds and pillows were very soft, which didn't provide the best support.

The location was alright with proximity to the tram.
The room's air conditioning did not work correctly. It was mostly 25 to 27 degrees Celsius. There were no windows to open, so getting another room was necessary. The walls of the room had dust. The cleaning was not good overall.

I was really annoyed by the lack of attention to detail. the room wasn't very clean. I found dust everywhere and the bathroom mirror had noticeable stains. plus, the promised toiletries were missing upon arrival. It took a call to reception and a frustrating wait to finally get them delivered. the overall experience felt rushed and uncared for! this lack of basic cleanliness is unacceptable, stained mirror
