Fantastic central stay
main square good breakfast helpful staff clean room
The location is very convenient. It is just off the main square. The hotel has a good breakfast (i loved the fresh orange juice). Staff members were very helpful and friendly upon arrival. The room was very clean.
The pillows were a little lumpy, which impacted my sleep quality.

The Superior Family Room was spacious enough for our family. It included all standard amenities such as a television and minibar. The room had good soundproofing, blocking most external noise, and it was kept very clean daily.

The hotel is very close to the train station (a short walk). Many restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. Most major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. This made sightseeing easy.

The staff was polite and professional during our entire stay. They allowed an early check-in (i appreciated that) since we arrived earlier than expected. The breakfast service was efficient with a good variety of options.

broken usb ports unhelpful staff
the breakfast included a wide selection of foods (and i mean a wide selection).
The usb ports in the room did not function, annoying. the staff told me it's not available in all rooms. It was frustrating because i needed to charge my devices.

central station attentive staff great variety
The location? unbeatable. i found myself steps away from grand place and the central station, how convenient. the staff, especially at breakfast, were super attentive and helpful. Their kindness really stood out to me. the breakfast itself had great variety, something i always appreciate.

spacious room openable window convenient proximity shopping bags
I found my room surprisingly spacious. The ability to open the window was a real plus! The proximity to the main square was convenient. I could easily pop back to the accommodation with my shopping bags.
I noticed the hotel is somewhat outdated.

The staff members were cute and helpful . They answered questions and provided directions when needed. I particularly appreciated their assistance when I had to change my reservation dates.

The room provided for my family was comfortable, it included a separate toilet, quite handy when sharing. Beds and pillows were good and provided a comfortable sleep. The windows were soundproof!!!
