My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were luxurious and although very clean. The service from everyone, including the staff at the restaurants, the wonderful Flying Dutchman Bar with the fabulous bartender Dennis, and our fantastic butler on the 3rd floor, overlooking the courtyard, was exceptional. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with easy access to all major tourist sites. The dining experience was top-notch, with a wide selection to choose from, making it a highlight of my stay.

I couldn't believe our luck when we were upgraded from a superior room to a fabulous luxury apartment - it was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, although I wish the navigation around the area was a bit easier. Walking distance to Dam Square was a huge bonus!
