I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a walk-in shower. However, being on the ground floor without carpeting was a bit of a downside. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, especially Adi, Umesh, and Ashkay. The hotel's location was amazing for relaxation, though a car or taxi is necessary due to its quiet setting. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with limited breakfast options but a fantastic beach club attached to the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while nicely designed with comfy beds and a well-designed lighting control system, were a bit noisy due to doors leading directly onto the corridor. The service, though slow and with unhelpful moments, had a highlight with the fabulous and accommodating Manager Amal. The location was exceptional in Dubai, offering a beautiful setting overlooking the beach. However, the dining experience was a letdown, with inconsistent quality and limited options available during my stay.
The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the town and beach. The rooms were adequate but somewhat tired-looking. Service was a mix of helpful and friendly staff alongside some unnecessary demands. The dining experience varied from a big disappointment to amazing. The location was ideal for work events in the Marina area.
The hotel is ideally situated in Dubai with exceptional quality and design. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and engaging, making you feel at home. However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey. The sound from the marina and the continuous military aircraft flying above during national holidays can be a bit disturbing.
The resort offers excellent outside relaxation areas and a big, clean ambiance throughout from the lobby to the rooms. While the small details were lacking compared to other experiences, the setting is still inviting.
The hotel wasn't as high end and luxurious as expected from the Royal Mirage. The room cleanliness was questionable with cling film used to cover glasses and bowls from room service. However, the staff were super helpful and attentive, especially for special occasions like birthdays. The location was excellent, facing a green area, but could get noisy in the mornings. The dining experience was a bit hit and miss, with some impressive options but also cold dishes and missing items like bacon. The facilities were good overall.
