The staff offered courteous service and a cute atmosphere.
I found the room quite small. It did not match the website photos at all. The dark, drab space had only one window. Stacked wood blocked much of its length, impeding light. This, and navigating around luggage was difficult

slow service musty odor
I felt slightly let down . The breakfast service was quite slow. It often took a while before anyone attended to my table, and getting a simple coffee was like a CHALLENGE. the room had a strange musty odor. I hoped fresh air would help but the smell persisted. It was not a pleasant aspect of an otherwise nice room.

I found the location divine, many museums i wanted to visit were so close. joseph at the restaurant and other staff members provided amazing service. I appreciated their kindness. the location is convenient, situated across from the tube and surrounded by charming cafés.

small room faulty vent
the room was quite small it felt a bit cramped the bathroom vent also did not seem to work during my entire stay finally i noticed a slight cheese-like odor in the lobby at times it wasn't constant but noticeable

quality produce helpful staff beautiful room
The breakfast included a choice of items. I enjoyed the top quality produce. Service at breakfast was very good. The hotel location is fantastic for museum visits. Staff are helpful. The room was beautiful.
The cold taps in the room ran hot. I could not wash my face with cold water.
