Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The location is simply outstanding, just a minute walk from Marble Arch tube, and right across from Hyde Park and top shopping spots like Bond Street and Oxford Street. The rooms are well-appointed, even though I had an internal view. The service here is top-notch, with the night manager going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time in London. The dining options, though limited, were satisfactory, and the traditional five-star hotel breakfast hit the spot. Overall, a fantastic stay in a lively area.
The hotel room we had was decent sized, comfortable, and clean, although there were some floor stains. The access to the lounge was delayed, but overall a nice place to relax after a long journey.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring, but the noise at night was a downside. The service was attentive, yet the dining options were below average. The room I stayed in had an internal view, which was a bit disappointing.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds and the softest bed linen, despite the constant traffic in the area. The service was excellent and friendly, especially at the front desk where they quickly resolved an issue. The location was ideal for exploring Oxford Street and Hyde Park, close to major stores and eateries. The dining experience was mediocre, more like a 3-star buffet, but the warm dishes were decent. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
