Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were above the bar but surprisingly quiet, equipped with a Nespresso-type coffee machine, pods, and fresh milk. The service was exceptional, with a welcoming and helpful attitude from all staff members. The location was convenient, offering good transport connections and being close to Wembley. However, the dining experience was subpar, with high prices and small portions. The facilities were standard.
Staying in the Whisky Galore suite was a very nice touch as the suite itself was lovely, and the ensuite had a fabulous mirror with a waterfall shower and wonderful toiletries. The constant noise from the corridor outside the room could be a disturbance to sleep, detracting from an otherwise great experience.
The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms with biscuits and fresh milk provided daily. The bed is exceptionally comfy, and the coffee machine adds a touch of luxury. The service is excellent, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is brilliant, especially for work trips due to its proximity to the train station. The dining experience, while divine, could offer a bit more variety. The facilities are well-kept, making for a comfortable stay overall.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and quiet, although I wished I could have had a milky coffee. The staff at the bar and reception were welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The location was great, close to the train station, but my room was a bit noisy. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the freshly cooked and vegetarian options. Overall, a great value for money hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were lovely with lots of cute details like the flask of milk and drinks box, but unfortunately lacked some of the facilities I expected. The service was friendly and efficient, especially with the night shift manager coming to help. The location, although not ideal due to noise outside Room 8, was great for getting around London quickly. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of options, but with some disturbance from outside noise. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with fresh towels every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the fabulous coffee machine in the room. However, I felt the cleanliness could have been better, especially with the carpet and bathrooms.
