the staffs was LOVELY and cute.
i found the service was lacking during meals. there were hardly any staffs in the restaurant. My warm appetizer arrived together with my warm main COURSE. this was not ideal at ALL.

My room lacked standard amenities, such as tea and coffee. I found this disappointing. The hotel charged a pre-authorization fee of £100. I had not encountered this before. I hope to see a prompt refund to my bank account.

Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

This is a real gem. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was superb, very convenient for accessing South Kensington, museums, and Hyde Park (it's close to everything).
The bar service was quite slow. I waited a long time, even though the bar was not very busy.

The front desk staff provided quick and efficient assistance for all my needs, including directions and recommendations for local attractions. They were always friendly and seemed eager to help. The concierge was informative and always willing to help. (A very positive experience!).

The breakfast offered a good range of high-quality items (the fruit selection was particularly fresh). The restaurant is managed by a Michelin-rated chef, and the menu reflects this high standard. I really enjoyed the food. Waiting staff were efficient.
