I finded the staff was super friendly. The location is excellent with easy access to the lake. The breakfast selection was fantastic and had lots of options like fresh pastries. I liked the pool and sauna, they provides total relaxation.
I noticed the hallway carpets need little updating.

the breakfast was varied and generally met my expectations.
I found the service to be lacking. Staff seemed somewhat reluctant to provide assistance. the pool and lake access area had no service available at all, like no drinks or food. the lack of attentiveness really detracted from what could have been a much better experience..

the location on the lake was certainly great. it was easy to access the water for a quick swim.
check-in took almost an hour it felt very disorganised. no one seemed to know what they were doing which was frustrating after a long journey. the room was also not properly cleaned upon arrival which i found pretty off-putting i expected better cleanliness.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the gondola every 15 minutes from 8 AM to 11 AM. I also used it in the afternoon for pick-up and found it very punctual. The ski storage room is nicely packed and organised.
The carpet in my bedroom needed renewal. It looked worn.
