excellent experience at an amazing location
central location amazing breakfast spacious room comfortable bed
the hotel was clean and its central location was convenient. i found taxi and tram access very easy. breakfast was included, and it was a HUGE perk. the breakfast spread was amazing!!! the rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were comfortable, and the temperature controls worked well.

The location was definitely a highlight. It made getting around simple. Breakfast offered a wide variety. I also found the staff to be quite polite and helpful.
I found some noise disturbances from nearby rooms early in the morning, a little disruptive. The safe in my room was not working .

i find the gym recently refurbished and very adequate. the breakfast buffet has a large range of options and a good quality. the staff was fantastic, always available when needed.
the room i had, it had only a bathtub which may be inconvenient for some guest.

i found my room very quiet and staff friendly. the location was central, very close to shops and trams. breakfast was good and the staff accommodated us when we asked for anything. check in was easy too.

balanced experience
convenient location great breakfast uncomfortable bed internet issue
the hotel location was very convenient it was within walking distance of all attractions. breakfast was lovely it was a great start to the day.
the wooden vertical supports under the bed came off without any pressure the bed was very uncomfortable. the tv was not connected to the internet even after i asked twice for assistance nothing changed.
