great varietyattentive staff
the breakfast was a real highlight , there was a fantastic variety. the staff throughout the hotel were attentive and helpful .
the air conditioning in my room was slightly difficult to adjust to the perfect temperature.

lovely vistacomfy bedgreat range
i adored our grand beautiful room. the vistas were divine, with the wawel castle and vistula river shimmering outside. the beds were cloud-like, i melted into sleep each night. breakfasts were lovely, a great array of dishes awaited us.
it would have been even lovelier if there were a few more english channels on the television, my dear.

The customer service is really good. The staff is attentive. The river views are fine. Jatinder provides excellent service with personalized care. Gia at the bar is warm, and his hospitality is good. Sami, Konrad, and Barbara at reception always prioritize my needs with efficiency. The cleaning staff keeps everything pristine.
The rooms need refurbishment. The bathroom looks cheap and old, not at a 5-star level. Sound protection is poor. I could hear neighbors, doors, and people talking. These sounds made it difficult for me to sleep.

The hotel boasts a well-equipped gym, with three modern treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also a spa area available, offering massages and various beauty treatments. The pool area includes twenty comfortable loungers and a shaded section.

Breakfast had anything you could want and everything was delicious!!! The Anima restaurant provides really good food. Maria, the hostess, provided really good service. The rooftop bar offers excellent service and food with amazing views.
