the reception. ulvi and michal are very kind, professional, and helpful. i loved the early check-in and the amazing upgrade. the room had plenty of space and a beautiful view, it was comfortable and clean.
i found the air conditioning wasn't working properly during a warm summer night. the window only opened a little bit. i told the front desk about it but it was not fixed, so i slept poorly the first night.

the building has an excellent look. breakfast included many options to choose from. the air conditioning worked well. city center access was easy due to the hotel's location near public transport.
i noticed the rooms seemed a bit dated. the tv selection was limited. the mini-bar pricing encouraged bringing my own snacks. I found better deals outside the hotel.

I found the breakfast buffet to be quite good. It offered a wide variety of options! the staff seemed very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. plus, the location was convenient, providing easy access to public transportation.
The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. it made the room uncomfortably warm! furthermore, some of the furniture was dated and showed signs of wear and tear. the tv selection was limited, with only a few english news channels available..

the breakfast buffet was extensive with many options.
The parking situation was difficult upon arrival. i spent a long time finding a parking space. The hotel advertised parking for all guests, so this was disappointing. the room's sensor for flushing the toilet did not work, requiring me to use water to flush it myself.

the hotel included a metro stop very close by, useful for travelling around
i did find the silver fish insect in the bathroom troubling. also, the shower head kept falling off its fitting during each use. the maintenance could address these issues promptly to enhance guest comfort.
