The location was central. the u-bahn station was right outside. It provided very quick access across the city. the beautiful king room garden view provided a tranquil escape. It featured blackout curtains that ensured a restful night. i found the bed particularly comfortable. It certainly helped with a good night's sleep.
the coffee machine in the breakfast area needed an update, the coffee was a little weak.

The breakfast catered to various dietary needs. It was fantastic. the hotel's location is near public transport. i found the walking distance to many attractions very convenient! the representative stairs in the lobby are excellent. They make the hotel unique.
I experienced a double charge on my card without prior notification. I now have to wait for the refund.

the staff provided helpful directions before my arrival, ensuring i knew how to reach the hotel. upon arrival, i received an upgrade allowing immediate check-in, a gesture i found accommodating. this reflects excellent customer service.

The hotel is centrally located, near the u5 metro line. It provides easy access to various attractions. this convenient location allowed me to explore different parts of the city with ease and efficiency. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the location was very central. underground access was just outside the door. i found it a comfortable base for exploring, especially returning to relax after long days. check-in staff were friendly and i appreciated the upgrade to a mini suite.
The coffee was not good at breakfast. i thought the coffee machines need an update. i also thought the hotel isn't the most trendy. espresso top ups cost extra. That surprised me.

I stayed in a beautiful king room garden view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the location proved convenient, with major sights and restaurants nearby. the lounge bar offered a relaxing ambience. It was great.
