spacious layout luxurious design
the room featured a spacious layout , and the bathroom included two separate sinks. the room had a GRAND beautiful design and felt very luxurious. the hotel's location allowed quick access to many attractions. a la carte breakfast was served each morning , offering many options.
the elevator experienced congestion at peak times , which sometimes caused a slight delay.

amazing hospitality easy access anticipated needs
I discovered hospitality exceeding expectations. The staff handled activity bookings and transportation with care. our every need was anticipated making future stays inevitable. i appreciated the location. It granted easy access to everything.
I noticed that the elevators occasionally experienced congestion. This sometimes caused slight delays.

restaurant closure absent amenities
The room was beautiful.. a perfect location and the staff were really nice.
The restaurant and bar were not available during my entire stay, because it was being decorated. I paid for a hotel with specific amenities I expected but the cost was not reduced to reflect their absence. This was very inconvenient and disappointing.

The breakfast options felt Limited. I expected more variety. the elevators were often congested. Waiting took longer than i liked. also, the room cleaning happened only upon request. This was a surprise for a hotel of this standard.

the hotel location was prime, it was easy to get around. i did enjoy the minibar because it was complementary. The staff greeted me warmly and the service was great.
the room did had a small window. The breakfast had limited options and it was not refilled. The elevators were slow because there was only two.

warm welcome daily reset ideal location really good design
Ana at the front desk provided a warm welcome. She. The room offered a daily reset and its gorgeous design was lovely. The location proved ideal with both the U3 and U1 lines just steps away!
The elevators experienced congestion at peak times though this was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is nestled near St Stephen's Cathedral allowing easy access to major attractions. Designer shops are within walking distance. Exploring was very easy from this hotel and stephenplatz station is nearby.
