Review summary

Powered by AI
The Kaya Great Northern Hotel's location is a major highlight, situated conveniently close to Kings Cross and St Pancras International train stations, making it ideal for Eurostar travelers and those needing easy access to transportation. Many guests appreciate the nicely decorated rooms and some enjoyed the spaciousness and views, especially from the upper floors overlooking St Pancras station's clock tower; a few guests, however, found some rooms rather small. The hotel's architecture, purpose-built in the 1850s, offers wide corridors, and certain rooms even feature windows that open, plus convenient outlets including USB ports.

The location is great with easy access to transportation.
The room was quite small and cramped I found it unbearably hot the bed was really uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. It felt expensive for such a tiny space.

i was disappointed with some aspects. the in-room coffee machine was out of service (i needed my morning coffee!). the television was also quite small, it was hard to see from the bed. it seemed like the tech wasn't quite up to par with the rest of the hotel's offerings. i expected better for the price.
