poor breakfast reception area
The beds were very comfy!
The reception area was not clear. I was ignored on arrival even though I had bags, so checking in was obvious. The water station on our floor was not working, and I was not advised. The breakfast quality and service were very poor for a hotel of this supposed class.

wonderful stay near the thames
excellent location modern design welcome drink
Upon arrival, the location was excellent, steps from blackfriars station. miss kasha checked me in. She was very kind and offered a welcome drink. i found artistic touches and modern design throughout the hotel. the location is perfect for visiting various attractions..
the air conditioning in my room seemed quite inefficient. i felt the room remained stuffy throughout both nights. breakfast quality could also improve to match the hotel class.

dysfunctional station dirty food tray
the staff was cute, and i did appreciate a modern design.
The water station on my floor wasn't functional. Nobody informed me. a dirty food tray from a prior guest sat outside my door for almost a day before it was cleared. (not cool).

nice rooms and great staff
clean room great location accommodating staff
the rooms were amazing and so clean. the hotel location is close to everything i wanted. the staff are nice and accommodating . i used the available wifi and its speed was sufficient.
my room's air conditioning was not effective. the temperature felt stuffy at night. i suggest they check the air conditioning unit.

the hotel has various amenities. there is a gym equipped with treadmills and weights. i saw a business center with several computers. it seems guests can use them for work.

the staff were so attentive to my needs. they always greeted me with a smile. the check-in and check-out process were fast. they also helped me with my luggage upon request.
