the location was fantastic near buckingham palace and victoria station a safe area added to the appeal lawerence was helpful he quickly handled check-in and provided great recommendations he even stored our luggage for a week. the staff helped arrange cabs and provided excellent food recommendations the hotel was very clean i really liked the evening glass of wine in the lobby.
the room felt dark i struggled to read anything due to poor lighting the soap and shampoo dispensers were also impractical it was hard to read the labels to know what i was using. there was only one green tea bag available i needed to request more tea bags it was a little inconvenient. i found the shower controls difficult to use getting the right temperature was tricky

My room featured a very useful kitchenette. I really appreciated the tap water being drinkable. It was a great perk. The staff stored my luggage. This allowed me to explore the area before my train departure. I could freshen up after checking out. Facilities on the ground floor were available.
I did find the lack of on-site breakfast a bit inconvenient. I needed to find a cafe nearby each morning.

There is no breakfast service directly in the hotel, however, several nearby cafes provide takeaway options, delivered to your room. It's a good alternative. Complimentary drinks were offered in the lobby between 6 and 7 pm. Prosecco and wine are available.
