The Grand Beautiful King Room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The room was super clean. I found ALL staff professional and friendly, a detail I particularly appreciated. Bar snacks in the evening proved delicious with excellent, prompt service from the staff.

My luggage was handled efficiently by the porters. I was greeted with water during check-in. The reception team was helpful and approachable. I enjoyed afternoon tea and found the pastries good I found the staff very attentive. The doorman arranged transport effortlessly.
