Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly situated near Grosvenor Square, within walking distance of the shopping streets, and offers very comfortable beds. However, the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the bed area and ironing facilities were lacking. The service from staff members was exceptional, with helpful arrangements made for me to stay at a sister hotel. The location is friendly and very close to Oxford Street for easy access to the theatre district. The dining experience, while having a fair option of food, lacked toast and served a cold Italian pasta. Overall, the price was reasonable but not ideal for those expecting top-notch facilities such as ironing boards in the room.
The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Mayfair, close to everything we needed. The rooms offer access to the club lounge with a lovely tiled bathroom, but having only a bath available might not suit everyone. The staff members, especially the Duty Manager, were helpful and even arranged for me to stay at a sister hotel, which was a nice gesture. The dining experience included various food options, though some items were served cold, like the toast. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The hotel is ideally situated near Grosvenor Square and offers a quiet stay next to the US Embassy. The rooms are well-equipped with good facilities, though the bathrooms are on the smaller side. The service is attentive, especially at the reception desk, and there are convenient amenities available. The dining options are fair, but some improvements could enhance the experience. Overall, the location is excellent for exploring the city, and the value for money is decent.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but the Wi-Fi didn't reach the bed area. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a nice touch, though. The service was friendly, and the staff at the reception desk went above and beyond to accommodate me. The location was convenient to Grosvenor Square, but noise from the event rooms could be disturbing. The dining options were good, although I didn't appreciate the cold food. Overall, a decent value for the money.
