Really good Stay with Great Amenities
comfortable bed fabulous bathroom welcome prosecco
The room had a fabulous bathroom complete with a Japanese toilet. I found the bed very comfortable and the lounge area was well-presented. A welcome glass of Prosecco was offered upon arrival , which I found very thoughtful.
The accessible room I received was not what I expected, as it included red safety cords and handrails , which detracted from the room's ambiance.

The Peruvian restaurant served excellent food , each dish beautifully presented with clear care. The flavors were good, and the meals easily rank among the best I have had.

The hotel is located within a short five-minute walk from Liverpool Street station. The area provides much to see and do, all within walking distance, which I found convenient. This makes it a great base.

The superior room featured a very large bathroom , which was amazing. I found the pillows and duvet provided were comfortable. Attention to detail was evident in the room's design.

The staff were friendly , cute, and professional throughout my stay. Nothing ever was like too much trouble for them. The service was genuinely warm , and it created a lovely atmosphere.

air conditioning slow service
I found some aspects less than ideal. The air conditioning malfunctioned. I informed reception, they offered a fan, yet it did little to lower the temperature. Breakfast service felt slow despite few occupied tables, I expected better considering the price I paid for the suite.

warm room mold shower
The location near public transport was good FOR sightseeing.
I encountered SOME problems. The air conditioning in my room was not working correctly, so the room was too warm. the bathroom fixtures seemed old and worn, and there was some mold in the shower. These issues affected my comfort .
