the decor throughout the room was excellent, which i did appreciate.

the wait for food felt awful, and then starters arrived simultaneously with the main courses. when i complained, i was informed that this is their standard practice.. i do not agree. i thought the staff did not really know what they were doing..

The room felt spacious with well-fitted sheets. The shower provided hot water constantly. I enjoyed the guided tour of the building. I especially appreciated the staff, as they were attentive .

I found that there was no advance notification about the rooftop closure for a private function. I was told on the day of check-in, which caused some inconvenience.

i found the building just beautiful. yashwin was helpful. he offered us a warm welcome and accommodated an early check-in at 11 am, it seemed like such a treat. i booked the jailhouse champagne afternoon tea (the cakes were superb!).
