The Superior Room Queen Size Bed was super clean! The mini bar came fully stocked. The breakfast selection featured a great variety of options, including fresh pastries and local cheeses. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. I liked the grilled salmon.
The gym only has a few pieces of equipment.

The team was attentive and very helpful. They addressed my questions with patience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, a detail I noticed immediately upon arrival. I found the variety at breakfast good with multiple options. I also appreciated the availability of on-site parking. It made transportation logistics much simpler.
The hotel's location is somewhat removed from main attractions, requiring reliance on taxis.

the breakfast buffet had many options , including honeycomb for my oatmeal.
i was disappointed by the service i received , especially with some of the staff being incompetent. the accommodation process began poorly and only became worse. the air conditioning in my room also did not work , it was unbearably hot to even sleep. the complaints i made were rarely taken seriously at all.

The front desk staff was polite. This aspect met my expectations.
The air conditioning in my room did not work. This caused significant discomfort. i called multiple times, but the problem was not resolved. This affected my ability to rest and enjoy my stay. the room temperature made it difficult to sleep.

The gym downstairs was amazing. It featured spin and weight rooms. Over twenty cardio machines are available. I got an excellent haircut for $33 at the hairdresser on Basement 2. The breakfast buffet included honeycomb I added to my oatmeal. The front desk staff was polite. Busra helped me a lot with my room.
I found it a little hard to find the game room with video games.

I definitely liked the varied breakfast selection.. it had many choices and was really fresh. the cleanliness of my suite was really good, and the amenities were very modern. birsen and the reception staff were helpful. I appreciated their quick responses to my questions. the hotel's common areas were nicely designed, very stylish and well maintained.
i noticed the absence of easily accessible public transport near the hotel.

The Basement 2 gym featured spin and weight rooms. It also had over 20 cardio machines. Strength-training machines, benches, and bars are present. I appreciated the fully equipped gym. The breakfast buffet was good and offered honeycomb. I used it in my oatmeal.
The service lacked supervision for some services. For example, the security lock in my room was broken. the service room did not provide enough towels. There was no one to help us find a taxi outside.
