Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and cozy comfort. The rooms were quaint, simple, clean, and perfectly suited our needs with amazing views of Minute Maid Park and The Dynamo Stadium. However, considering the $300 price for a one-night stay, I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included.
My two-night stay at the hotel left me in awe with the amazing city views and strikingly comfortable furniture in the rooms. While the room was not available upon arrival, the large and well-appointed space was perfect for business travelers. The hotel offers great value for money with its spacious and cozy rooms.
The hotel has really beautiful rooms with amazing views of the park across the street, but my room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM, which was 30 minutes later than standard check-in time. The service is super friendly and attentive, but encountered some rudeness from management when discussing charges. The location is spread out but offers excellent amenities for families and couples. The dining experience was better than average but had limited menu options. Overall, a nice stay with some minor drawbacks.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, though not overly spacious, were comfortable as expected from a newer establishment. The service was excellent, particularly thanks to the attentive staff members like Whitney, Lewis, and Thomas. The location provided an awesome spa-like ambiance and was very convenient for exploring downtown Houston. However, some amenities promised were not available, which was a bit disappointing.
