I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, nice-sized, and I was fascinated by the TV being in a large mirror. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb, only a few minutes' drive from Lugano and other attractions. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming, but I hope they improve that soon. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
