The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was helpful when our daughter was ill, arranged for a doctor and providing food. Taxi transfers to the village and gondola were always prompt. The ski rental service located suitable skis for my partner's daughter (this was during a busy period).

The ski room is bright and clean. It includes warming boot lockers. The shuttle bus to the slopes runs regularly and the driver helps load and unload skis. I found this service very convenient.

All hotel staff greeted guests. The staff promptly addressed any queries or concerns we raised. The waiting staff in the restaurant and bar were very polite and friendly (Pascale especially).

We dined twice in the Panoramic restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel made a beautiful birthday cake for my husband (we shared it with other guests). Breakfast featured a rich and tasty array of options.
