The building has an excellent historical presence. The lake and surrounding area provides a great view. I found the service excellent. Handicap parking was helpful. I appreciate all the staff did during my time there.
The cost of food and drink was overpriced. This hotel could improve in several areas.

musty odorslow response
the room had a musty odor i found this unpleasant the tv remote did not work maintenance was slow to respond to my request for assistance also the noise from the hallway was noticeable early in the morning this disrupted my sleep i expected better soundproofing in the walls the breakfast buffet lacked variety i was disappointed by the limited selection of fresh fruits
