prime location clean room friendly staff
the location was really good, providing easy access to various attractions. i found my room very clean and well-kept. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests i had.
i noticed the elevators were a bit slow during peak times, causing slight delays.

a TRULY nice stay
amazing views kind staff softest bed
the Location was perfect with amazing views, i never wanted to leave. the staff are so attentive and KIND, a true asset to this hotel. our room was immaculate, it had every comfort imaginable with the softest bed. breakfasts were good and filled us each morning.
only one small thing, the elevator did seem slow at peak times, but that is A VERY minor issue.

the hotel features a brand new spa with a modern indoor pool. a terrace is accessible from the pool area, it offers space for relaxation. guests can enjoy a sauna room for a complete wellness experience.

staff members provided excellent service and were very caring. one apprentice was especially good at his job, he showed great dedication. the staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests we had.

our newly renovated room offered fantastic views of the lake. a narrow walk-out balcony allowed for appreciating the scenery. complimentary snacks including fruit were provided alongside a minibar stocked with drinks.
