The cocktails were not good!!! They came from a machine and tasted bad. there was no air conditioning in the room, so it got really hot. It was hard to sleep because of the temperature. I thought the hotel could have provided fans at least. These issues negatively affected my stay.

i had a really nice room it was quiet the staff was friendly and breakfast was nice. i enjoyed the sound of cows and fine mountain views. the hotel sorted the wi-fi quickly and gave me a complimentary drink. the hotel was very clean and the sauna and hot tub are fantastic.

the staff was genuinely cute always greeted guests with a smile and offered assistance whenever needed. they promptly addressed issues such as wi-fi connectivity offering a complimentary drink as compensation. the service extended to preparing special breakfast bags for early departures.

breakfast felt amazing and it offers many options. the mountain view across the alps was beautiful from my room and the restaurant. beds were very comfortable and i slept really well.
finding a parking spot was difficult, the parking area is small.

i stayed here while attending a gathering. the staff at the front desk was helpful. our room had a balcony with a amazing view, something really special. i appreciated the comfortable bedding.
The wellness area felt less relaxing because it was positioned between the reception and the terrace. Guests on the terrace could see into the sauna, made me feel a bit exposed
