mixed experience with some drawbacks
dated decorpaper cups
the room decor felt quite dated. i noticed plywood screwed onto the bathroom door. the wardrobe also seemed old and was falling apart. little things, like having only paper cups available and having to ask for coffee refills, added to the feeling that the hotel needs some attention.

the location offered great views.
The room needed updating, specifically the tiles needed re-grouting. paper-thin walls also posed a problem. I could hear everything. the half-board dinner selection was limited and disappointing. I struggled to find appealing options on the menu.

Our stay included a convenient shuttle service to Sorrento. It ran efficiently and reliably. The room provided a spotlessly clean environment and beautiful appointments. The view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from our balcony was amazing. The hotel grounds featured lovely landscaping and an immaculate pool area. Sun loungers and parasols were abundant near the gardens. The garden path to the village offered a pleasant, picturesque experience. It was quite romantic with the evening lights.
The absence of complimentary bathrobes and slippers seemed an oversight. Plastic camping mugs were provided for tea and coffee, diminishing the overall impression.
