Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very cosy, quiet, and comfortable, with a great shower and a nice city view. The hotel itself was big, clean, and beautiful, and I particularly enjoyed the nice balcony. The service was top-notch, with helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff who went out of their way to assist me, including providing directions and even helping me find a pharmacy on New Year's Day. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the main attractions and right off the main pedestrian shopping street. Although the dining experience wasn't the highlight for me, I still found the hotel impressive with fantastic choices. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room, despite being in a busy place, was big, clean, and had a huge and comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. The location was superb, centrally situated and close to major attractions. The dining experience was delightful, offering a brilliant view and delicious options. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offers a bright and cheerful experience with a spectacular view of Naples and the surroundings. The staff are outstandingly attentive and welcoming, making the stay truly enjoyable. However, some noise levels in the location could be an issue for light sleepers.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was fantastic. The dining experience was superb, offering a great selection of food with amazing views. However, the hotel looks a bit aged, and parking can be a bit tricky. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, offering a mesmerizing 360 degrees backdrop. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, centrally located with easy access to everything I needed. The dining experience was a must-try, offering a beautiful morning view of Naples. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room for improvement.
This hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning views in every direction but they tend to be overcooled to 20 degrees Celsius. The service is top-notch with excellent customer-oriented staff and complimentary snacks. The location is perfect, near the historic quarter and main tourist spots. Dining is of a high standard but could improve with fresher fruits and better coffee. Overall, a great choice for a stay in the city.
The hotel has a stunning 360 degrees backdrop from the huge balcony, offering mesmerizing views for breakfast and aperitivo but the rooms are old compared to the pictures, showing scuffs and marks. The service is extremely helpful, especially the gentleman in the bar/restaurant, but there is a lack of area information provided. The location is brilliant, just off via Toledo, close to attractions, and dining is above standard with a variety of gluten-free dishes. The rooftop dining experience provides amazing views of Naples harbor and Vesuvius.
