The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the location is great for walking. I found the bed comfortable. I really enjoyed the new appliances and the cleanliness.
The room seemed small. A bottle of wine was promised, but not received. There is no restaurant or bar service.

The front desk staff provided excellent service. They helped arrange taxis and suggested good restaurants. A personalized note and wine welcomed me to my room. The hotel ensured security and maintained cleanliness. I found it very safe.
The facilities did not quite align with the price point. It was a very slight mismatch. I noticed that compared to online images.

The hotel provides an excellent location a short walk to gardens and just minutes from underground stations. It takes approximately twelve minutes to walk to key points of interest. Some wonderful streets are very close.

the hotel is situated close to covent garden and the strand. charing cross and embankment are a short walk away. china town and shaftesbury avenue are easily accessible too.

Top Notch Hotel Experience!

I just loved this place so much! I was so happy with the Chromecast on a great big telly, that was a big plus. I also loved the mini kitchen, it really added to the room. The bed had me sleeping like a log, so comfortable. The location is awesome, it is close to everything!
The digital presentation made it seem like it had a restaurant.

This place is seriously central. You are steps from the action and all sorts of great spots. Public transportation is close. It makes zipping around easy. I loved the convenience!
