Grand Hotel Terme Sirmione, Sirmione

Wow, what a stunning place! The hotel's grand rooms are huge and very grand, making you feel like royalty. However, they could use a little refreshing. The service was beyond amazing, with staff so friendly and helpful, truly adding to the enjoyment of our stay. The location is second to none, right in the center of Sirmione, next to the beautiful castle and close to all the shops, restaurants, and boat links. The dining experience was good, but not extraordinary, offering decent buffet choices. The facilities were great, especially the loungers around the pool and lake front.

I couldn't ask for a better location right by the lake and in the heart of Sirmione, with lovely staff to make my stay relaxing. The rooms were below expectations despite the lake view they promised, but the service and dining experience made up for it.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms at the rear of the hotel were clean, fresh, large, elegant, and inviting, although they seemed prepared for a different party. The service by the staff was lovely, and the included breakfast was great. The location couldn't be better with the entrance to the old town right next to the building. The dining experience was okay, but I expected a bit more from a five-star hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
