thermal pool helpful staff delicious breakfast sulfur smell air purifying system old hotel
the spa was WONDERFUL. i enjoyed the thermal pool, it was SO relaxing. breakfast was delicious, i LOVED IT. the staff WAS very helpful.
the room was smelling like sulfur SOMETIMES. i think that they need an air purifying system in some areas. also, the hotel is a LITTLE old.

The breakfast was GOOD. The food choices were acceptable.
The POOL is only available outdoors. An indoor option is needed. the spa felt INSUFFICIENT. It did not meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber. i did expect more from the facilities.

outdated room hotel update
the location was great, RIGHT next to the city's gate.
I found our room very outdated and old. The hotel should invest and update the WHOLE hotel. I also think the five stars is not appropriate. This hotel seems MORE like a three.

thermal spa attentive staff fresh pastries local treats
We spent two nights in the executive junior suite and it was just very nice! the thermal spa was amazing. I mean, relaxing in the outdoor thermal pool while looking at the lake was special. the hotel staff were super attentive and always there to help! the breakfast was just delicious, especially the fresh pastries, fruit, and local treats. I couldn't get enough!!!
honestly, there's not much to complain about, but if i had to pick something, it would be that they don't offer free transportation from the train station.

The outdoor pool has warm, therapeutic waters and massaging jets. They keep it very clean. there are also saunas and steam rooms for complete relaxation. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for a solid workout.

the staff are super helpful and always smiling, always happy to assist. the restaurant staff goes above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need. i asked for directions, and they walked me halfway there!

our suite included a mini-bar stocked with complimentary drinks, a nice touch. the bed was so comfy that we slept like babies. the bathroom had separate sinks and a fantastic rainfall shower!

warm pool perfect location friendly staff
I really enjoyed the thermal pool. It reminded me of a warm hug! the location was perfect, right by the castle gates. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
It was quite noisy and made sleeping difficult.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options. the thermal pool was very relaxing. i enjoyed the hotel's direct access to the lake. It was easy to take a swim.
My room key was an actual key. the coffee pods in the room were not replenished daily, additional pods cost €2 each. It was noisy.

perfect location and great service

The staff was cute and the location was fine. i liked the lake view from my room. It included a beautiful view of the castle. the thermal pool area was relaxing, with powerful jets. i found the breakfast buffet had many fresh options. there really was something for everyone.
the hotel rooms seemed a bit dated. my room was also smaller than my friend's room, even though we paid the same price. the on-duty manager didn't offer much help with the situation. the shower was also very small.

The hotel is next to the gates, providing convenient access. the proximity to local attractions and restaurants enhanced the visit. parking was available. This allowed us to easily pass through barriers with our car.
