The breakfast was acceptable, with a decent selection of items.
My room was located right next to the restaurant. Loud electronic music played until late, even after I requested them to turn it down. the bathroom was small and had poor shower pressure. It barely reached watering can levels. That was annoying.

I found the staff very happy in their work. they were also very friendly! the cleaners cleaned tirelessly, which i appreciate. the place was super clean. Our room always felt clean at the end of the day. The pool areas were also clean.
the bathroom was small and the shower pressure was poor. at its strongest, the shower head reached watering can levels.

the breakfast had a large variety. the buffet had plenty of choices for food in the morning. it also had plenty of food at night, but we also opted to eat at bars nearby. the food was AMAZING!!!

staff helped with luggage to and from our room. they even took us by buggy! the staff remembered the kids' names and would engage in conversation with us all the time. i really appreciate the attentive and friendly service.

the hotel is about a 2-minute walk to a small supermarket. we bought a bottle of wine there to take back to the room and snacks. we were literally on the beach and the views were beautiful. it was a perfect location!

the hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. the breakfast buffet had many options. pools were easily accessible throughout the grounds. we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
the location is very close to the airport. planes flew quite low and frequently. it disrupted our relaxation.

poor shower pressureloud music
I wanted the vacation to be perfect, but there was some things , made it less than stellar. the shower was a bit of a let down, as the water pressure wasn't great. It reminded me of a watering can instead of a proper shower. also, our room happened to be right next to the restaurant and the staff break area, and i could hear them taking breaks and sometimes the music was too loud at night. it was a bit disruptive when i was trying to sleep.
