excellent servicecomfortable bed
i appreciated the helpful and friendly nature of the staff throughout the hotel. the breakfast offered numerous food options, coupled with a very high level of service. the bed was adequately sized and notably comfortable. i found the shower facilities to be excellent.

The breakfast selection was really huge. I enjoyed so many choices. The hotel grounds are kept so well. I really liked strolling around. The staff was also super nice!
The gym was really crowded, I found it difficult to use the equipment. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. The room was always a bit warm.

The grounds are amazing! They feature a private rainforest vibe with indoor and outdoor pools. I found a supermarket right outside, allowing me to easily stock up on essentials. Luca remembered our breakfast order daily!
The receptionist wasn't particularly cute, starting check-in with warnings about fines! I felt unwelcome after a long journey.

i enjoyed the proximity to the lake. it allowed for easy access and walks along the shore. the grounds were expansive with many garden areas to explore. i particularly appreciated the variety of plants and the well-kept pathways.
the gym got crowded during peak hours making it difficult to use certain equipment.

the hotel location was great, just a short walk to the lake. the pools were amazing with adults only pool and separate family pools. breakfast was great with so much choice. the grounds were beautiful and it seemed like a private rainforest.
the slope at entrance to underground parking made it impossible to drive without scratching the car bottom.
