The hotel offers mixed experiences, with rooms ranging from outdated with limited views to those with stunning lake views from a small balcony. The dining experience, while optional with an additional charge, falls short of a 4-star standard. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs.

I was delighted with the garden view room that had a separate lounge area with a balcony and a double room also with a balcony offering lovely views of the mountains, the pool, and the lake. The rooms were spacious with great villa-style high ceilings; however, they were showing signs of needing a makeover.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although a bit small, was comfortable, though the air conditioning could have been better given the high temperatures. The upgrade I paid for didn't provide much additional comfort. The service, especially from the reception staff, was exceptional and welcoming. The hotel location was like something out of a movie, with beautiful views and a lovely pool area. The dining experience was enjoyable for the most part, although it could use some improvement in menu options.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although in need of an update, offered a nice view of the lake, and the spa was truly fantastic. However, the lake view was obstructed by trees, so I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it.

The hotel offers everything we needed for our stay, but the lake view is heavily blocked by trees, so paying extra for it may not be worth it. The room was comfortable with no hassle when the air conditioning was leaking, although there were two very large trees in the front garden of the hotel and the electrical sockets might not suit all needs.
