heated floors excellent service great location small gym limited buffet
my room had heated floors in the bathroom it felt very luxurious. the service was excellent both during the day and at night i really felt taken care of. the location was also great i could easily walk to shops and restaurants.
the gym was quite small it only had a few machines. the breakfast buffet seemed limited i opted to go elsewhere instead.

EXCELLENT hotel experience!
stocked minibar turndown service comfortable slippers comfortable robe
I stayed in a beautiful room and it was pristine! The room included a minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks. The hotel offered turndown service each evening, a VERY nice touch. I found the provided slippers and robe were quite comfortable.
The elevator was a bit slow. Though this was a minor inconvenience!

Breakfast service presented fresh fruit, assorted pastries, and hot items. I saw that the dining area featured both buffet and à la carte options. It was spacious, with well-spaced tables allowing for privacy and comfort.

A GEM of a FIND!
efficient service super clean condition
THE staff at the front desk offered efficient service, and I appreciated the helpful concierge. I found many excellent restaurants, boutiques, and tourist destinations located close to the hotel. Throughout my visit, the rooms and hotel maintained a super clean condition. I felt supremely comfortable.
THE fitness center felt more like an afterthought. The machines were quite old and crammed into a tiny space. While my partner used the treadmill, a fuse tripped, plunging her into darkness in the windowless basement. I found this situation inconvenient and potentially unsafe.
