My room had a balcony overlooking boulevard des capucines. Our bathroom included robes, slippers, and wash cloths. i appreciated katherine, she completed the pre-check-in process with me and complimented my french! the hotel stored our bags until check-in. When we returned, they were in our room.

the room smelled unpleasant and was small. the room was poorly heated and the bathroom was cold making even a simple shower uncomfortable. the shower did not function properly
