central station breakfast selection helpful staff
The hotel's proximity to the central station made my arrival seamless! The breakfast selection provided a varied and tasty start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed my needs promptly.
There were no conveniently located power outlets for charging devices near the bed. The absence of a mini-bar was surprising, given the hotel's description.

convenient and well-located stay
great location comfortable room wine bottle
the hotel is close to the central train station. i found it easy to walk to major tourist spots. i received a complimentary bottle of wine due to my expedia vip status. the room was comfortable and well equipped, very helpful after a long day.
i found the room descriptions to be inaccurate. i paid extra for a premium room, but the only difference was the bathroom tiles. also, the mini bars have been removed, though they are still listed in the room description.

The hotel's location is superb. i found the staff polite and helpful. They allowed us early check-in, greatly appreciated!!! the breakfast was tasty with varied options. i especially loved the restaurant with its reasonable prices and delicious food.
i waited an eternity for a drink at the rooftop bar, nearly an hour. that seemed like a letdown during an otherwise charming visit.

The location was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations.
The room i had was a bit smaller than i anticipated. the wifi connection was not great in my room. It was difficult to stay connected.

poor bar service slow service
the location was quite central it was easy enough to get around from there
the bar service was poor i sat at the brasserie bar and no one acknowledged me i waited ten minutes then left the rooftop bar also had slow service it took fifteen minutes to get two drinks even when nobody else was ordering
