the riverside premier room was good. light streamed through large windows, bathing the space in a warm glow. i remember the spa access included steam room use, a heavenly escape after long days.

The hotel breakfast was excellent. I liked the recipes and the quality of products offered. The hotel is conveniently located. It is harmoniously nested into the landscape. I found the hotel's interior beyond praise!
The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. She was also uncooperative. I found her arrogant, too. I paid for a Riverside, Classic Room forest view. Instead, I was given a room with a bathtub without a glass enclosure, and it had no curtain.

the breakfast felt less than fresh. i also thought the spa was smaller than the pictures suggested and kind of hidden away. i found the staff at the front desk to be a little unwelcoming, which really set a strange tone for the visit. the hotel parking felt overpriced at 20 euros a night.
