Excellent Stay Near the Heart of the City

The hotel location is really good near the main square. The staff was helpful, and the hotel was clean. I had a beautiful queen room, it was spacious and well-kept. Complimentary water and tea (several caffeinated options included) were provided in the room.
During the night, the air conditioning unit emitted an odd clicking sound at intervals. I had to turn it off halfway through the night because of this issue. The absence of on-site management (someone with hotel experience) was noticeable.

The hotel offers a prime location for exploring the city. It is close to many attractions. I especially liked being so close to many dining options and key landmarks (everything was within walking distance). This made sightseeing very convenient.

Absolutely Charmed by My Stay!

My king suite premium had a very comfortable sofa bed. The room was also non-smoking. The hotel kept the room meticulously clean daily and replenished water plus coffee pods, which I found convenient. I was welcomed with a lovely drink on arrival.
The location was perfect though it was tricky to arrive by car.

the hotel's location was acceptable it allowed easy access to nearby attractions
upon arrival i found the room was not what i expected the photos online showed a much brighter space. the lighting was dim and the decor felt outdated it didn't quite live up to the standards of a five-star hotel. also the promised airport transfer never materialized i had to arrange alternative transportation at the last minute which was a real inconvenience

I particularly appreciated the hotel's proximity to notable restaurants. The breakfast was of a great quality. I find the variety of options was pleasing. The staff assisted me with directions and recommendations.

The spa access was a real highlight for me. I made good use of the pool, sauna, and salt cave. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed (i even got flowers and desserts upon arrival!). i found the hotel very clean, from the lobby to my room. the location was great too. It was easy to walk to different attractions.
The gym did feel a bit small. There was not much space for free weights or floor exercises.
