The room was quiet despite overlooking the astronomical clock. a fan was provided when the ac didn't work. It helped a lot. the breakfast was good and served in a splendid room overlooking the main square.

The location was superb with walkable access to everything (it. My room had a direct view of the astronomical clock from the double windows. I was in the presidential suite, despite the crowds outside. Breakfast was great with a satisfying buffet.
The shower head in the bathroom was strangely positioned.

The location was good. It was close to the astronomical clock.
the shower head had a strange position in the bathroom. customer service was not good at all, the staff at the front desk were neither friendly nor cute. i booked a tour, but it was canceled, and the receptionist didn't communicate this until i asked.
