i appreciated the polite staff. the air conditioning worked very well. the pools were nice and well kept. we could walk to the outlet mall easily through a locked gate.

The resort charged a daily resort fee. i got two coupons daily for coffee or water. activities were limited. It was usable but noisy. the other pool gave owners priority seating until 4.

i appreciated the convenience of the unit. it included a washer and dryer so i could pack light. The kitchen also had everything i needed. i even walked to a nearby supermarket for supplies.

parking near my building was LIMITED. this was a slight inconvenience.

I was very pleased with the golf cart service as it provided accessible transportation to the outlets. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. The friendly staff was quick to respond to service requests via text.

The parking situation late at night was a bit inconvenient, requiring a shuttle from a distant parking spot.

The staff provided quick text responses for all service needs. Made everything simple. The hotel offers golf cart rides around the resort and to nearby outlets, so getting around was never an issue. Check-in was also very easy!

The hotel includes multiple pools open late, awesome for relaxation after long days. A grocery store is very close by. I saw that there is a deli on site for quick snacks and drinks.

The hotel features a breakfast and lunch spot with Starbucks so that is very convenient. I noticed outlets and supermarkets within walking distance, providing various dining options, that is a big plus. There is no full restaurant at the hotel.

The resort charged a resort fee, it was twenty five dollars per day. they give two coupons daily, they are for either coffee or premium water. activities were very limited for twenty five dollars per day. parking was also an issue. Not enough spots.
