overpriced foodoutdated buildings
the food was overpriced and generally underwhelming. the buildings looked a bit outdated (especially considering the price point). i also had some issues with noise from other guests. loud kids were slamming doors and yelling at all hours. the room service would come knocking way too early, i did not want any service then.

I found ample parking near the building. The hotel has a serene atmosphere. The food options are great, with diverse choices. The recreation staff offered excellent service. They were helpful and engaging.
My room key stopped working. This caused a considerable delay. I waited a long time to get a new key. The front desk did not offer an apology. This was inconvenient, especially being far from the lobby.

I loved the suite setup. It felt quite large. The screened balcony was a plus, so we sat outside. Washer and dryer were also good. It was easy to do laundry. Supplies such as paper towels were in the room when i arrived.
The fitness center did not have mats for stretching, something i really needed.

The hotel includes three pool areas. This gave us more options. The landscaping was pretty. I loved to walk around the grounds. There is also ample free parking.

the suite was spacious and CLEAN. Beds were comfortable, so i slept well. A sofa bed was comfortable, because it had a plush mattress.

a shop is in the hotel. It contains a starbucks. There are also diverse bars, and this was very useful for grabbing a snack.

All staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. The cleaning staff did a great job. Housekeeping everyday was nice. They took care of all my needs.
