shuttle serviceice machine
the shuttle service to disney was acceptable.
The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. It was never repaired. i reported this issue three times. i found this pretty inconvenient.

The shuttle service to the parks made everything easy. the bed and pillows were comfy. I had the best sleep every night. the rooms are well-kept and beautiful. the staff was wonderful, and i would definitely stay here again if i plan another trip.

The fireworks at night were a beautiful sight to behold from the hotel. It felt magical. The price was surprisingly reasonable for such a prime location very near to the heart of disney. The staff members were so friendly.
The air conditioning in our room failed to function , a true misfortune. Despite a request for it to be repaired to disney, it remained broken. As a result, we were forced to open our balcony door. This led to very loud noises disrupting our sleep.

The hotel shuttle service to Disney parks was convenient. It saved considerable time and money on transportation (especially with a family). The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allowed me to maintain my workout routine. The hotel also features multiple pools. I particularly enjoyed the main pool that had a dedicated children's area.

the breakfast was good each day. the staff was friendly and very helpful. richard remembered my order and made breakfast easier for me. debra sandy and francisco were also friendly and professional.
i noticed a strange odor upon arrival in the lobby. it smelled like stale water and was hard to ignore. i was worried about eating at the restaurants in the hotel because of it.

the walking path around the lake had a lot of wildlife (i enjoyed watching the birds). i found many pools and hot tubs. valet workers were friendly and prompt.
i found that restaurants did not open early enough.
