The staff offered assistance and ensured my luggage moved efficiently. The hotel organized a taxi to the airport, and everything ran smoothly. I found this stay exceeded my expectations. The concierge provided a pleasant free upgrade for our room. It had a comfortable bed and a balcony.
The shower system was unsafe, especially for older people. I felt the size of the room could be larger.

i had such a wonderful time here the location is seriously amazing i could walk to almost everything i wanted to see! the staff were very good too help with my luggage and were always there with a smile every single team member was so kind and ready to assist making my trip so nice.
the room i booked was located on the ground floor and it had no windows the terrace provided a sky view but closing the roof to prevent rain meant total darkness in the morning i think rooms on higher floors would be better to enjoy more daylight.

The staff were attentive. i especially appreciated the cleanliness. The room was super clean upon arrival and kept that way daily. the location was also a plus. It was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. everything was convenient
The gym was quite small. It only had a few machines and limited free weights. i would have liked more equipment to accommodate different workout preferences.

the staff provided brochures for key attractions (i used them a lot). arda were really nice too carefully help me plan my routes in the mornings.
the hotel selectively provides good service to certain guests, and before those guests leave, they're given a pack of chocolates and a review card to write something positive.

The breakfast area felt cramped , especially during peak hours. it was difficult to find a table without waiting. the selection , while adequate , did not vary much day to day. i also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear noise from the hallway quite clearly.
