i found the staff helpful, especially during check-in and check-out! there were no unexpected charges, which i appreciated. the location was excellent. the rooms were super clean, so my stay was lovely thanks to everyone at the hotel. the gym was amazing, and the room was very comfortable.
The air conditioning system seemed quite old, and it was a bit noisy. i had to use earplugs, which wasn't ideal. It made sleeping a little difficult.

The hotel provides very easy access to local shops and restaurants. The hotel is close to the metro, just steps away. the hotel is central and near everything, made getting around very easy. supermarkets and pharmacies are around the hotel.

The hotel has a spa. This spa is well-equipped. the gym offers a great workout space. free wi-fi is available, and the internet connection is high-speed, this was very useful for work. the hotel provides excellent spa facilities and services, an added bonus.

The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the bellboy was very helpful in following up with my taxi which was late. room service was very good and quick. They were very professional and kind. the staff's cooperation throughout the hotel is excellent!

The food in the hotel is very good with fresh ingredients, i really liked it. the hotel restaurant provided fresh and delicious food. This was a highlight of the stay! the breakfast experience was also good! beautiful ladies served breakfast with love and enthusiasm. They brightened my morning.

the rooms are large, and very comfortable and well kept with attention to detail. my room was super clean and tidy every day. the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. daily room cleaning is provided, this was very efficient.

The staff were helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. Yilmaz and Eyar made both processes smooth, with no hidden charges. The rooms are super clean. I would stay there again, whenever visiting the city.
There was a bit of a smell in our room compared to other rooms. It was also very hot without air conditioning. If we turned on the air con, it would blow on us relentlessly, so we kept it shut.
