The room was very clean and large. The food was AMAZING!!! The front desk staff and terrace waiters were especially accommodating. The location was very appreciated because it is right in front of a taxi station.
Eco friendliness is an issue, I wish water was provided in a more eco friendly way than plastic bottles.

Wonderful Experience at a Historic Gem

The team quickly gathered our bags, and we did not touch them until safely deposited in our room. The front desk staff was informative about amenities and breakfast offerings, and they gave us rose tea to drink while they checked us in. I will return!!!

The room was elegant and beautifully maintained. It. Water pressure and temperature were excellent. That was a massive plus. The room offered great comfort.

We made use of the jacuzzi, steam room, and dry sauna. They were clean and quiet. The hotel has a gift shop and museum features. We also perused them. The common areas were well kept.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Manager Akin were really good too ensure everything was perfect. The entire staff was excellent. I especially want to recognize Kemal and Anil for their hospitality. All the staff speak English.

i was greeted warmly by the staff at the door. my room was very clean and nicely arranged. wandering the floors, i saw historic items and antiques displayed, it was like a mini-museum.
the door and taxi service was a little snobby.

The gym was disappointing, as it did not open at its scheduled time on either morning, even after an initial agreement. Staff showed little effort to resolve the issue.
