amazing views staff dedication
the room had amazing views (i spent ages just staring out the windows). staff were always available and seemed genuinely happy to help with any request i had, showing true dedication.

The hotel offered a good location near Istiklal street. I had an ocean view from the 8th floor. Hotel amenities were luxury, i liked the professional staff. The room was cleaned daily and I used room service on time.

The breakfast had a huge variety of food! the spa area was very spacious too. i also had access to the executive lounge. It had a good variety of food and drinks.
the noise late at night was too much after 12am. it came from a live performer. noise from next door rooms was also a bit much! they didn't have ear plugs.

amazing service really good service relaxing scent super friendly
The front desk team offered amazing service! i appreciated the executive lounge. Suden provided really good service. the woody scent of the shampoo and shower gel in the room was very relaxing. super friendly staff cleaned the rooms very well.
I found the gym to be somewhat small. It only has a few treadmills.

the lobby boasts an excellent design.. the floral arrangement is exquisite. the breakfast selection fulfilled even the most sophisticated tastes. the gym and spa are top notch.
