The hotel has a beautiful, stylish atmosphere. i really enjoyed the rooftop bar and the gym. the bookstore opposite the hotel is great. I visited it every day. the hotel had a special aesthetic pleasure.
The room was a little dark and dingy. It didn't feel like a five-star hotel, honestly.

the location was acceptable.
I found a new bottle of jo malone missing after returning home. It was a mystery how it was overlooked during packing, as my cosmetics were on the vanity unit. the hotel confirmed housekeeping had the bottle. they have been unwilling or unable to assist with its return, i found this disappointing

the location was perfect. it allowed easy access to many sites. i found the gym facilities great. the equipment was well kept. the staff member i interacted with in the evening was particularly kind.
the landings were quite dark. it made navigating the hallways difficult. i also felt the breakfast quality was lacking. one morning my poached eggs arrived cold, disappointing. the music from the rooftop bar was loud until late.

They prepare your bed. The amenities are excellent. The small details take the experience to another level. There is housekeeping twice daily. They design and decorate rooms and spaces beautifully.
I found a party going every night. It had very loud music. I could feel the bass in the room until midnight.
