the indoor pool was acceptable. it was heated adequately.
the air conditioning had limitations. it only cooled down to 22 degrees celsius. the heavy duvet made sleeping uncomfortable in the warm room.

I found a few things disappointing . the rooftop pool was quite shallow and often crowded with kids. also, the lack of shade up there was a problem because i wasn't allowed to put up a parasol due to wind concerns. plus, i had to pay a cash deposit just to use towels. I think this policy should be revised.

i booked a family suite for my stay. the beds and pillows were very comfortable. the air conditioning worked perfectly in the heat. housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily except saturday and changed towels daily.
one of the female staff members was not very friendly.

the fitness center is open non-stop and has modern equipment. there is also a spa area with a sauna. the rooftop includes a pool, bar, and restaurant which provides magnificent views and adds a touch of luxury.

the hotel has a heated pool with specific hours designated for children.
I was quite disappointed with the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear noise from the hallways. also, my room wasn't fully serviced daily. bed linen and towels weren't changed , and coffee, tea bags, toilet paper, and water bottles weren't replenished either.. it felt a bit short of the 4-star status i expected.

The hotel had a convenient location near public transportation. I appreciated the cafes both inside and near the hotel. They were suitable for a quick bite. The room was indeed very comfortable. the facilities were well-kept.
The air conditioning could not be set below 22 degrees. I requested lower pillows, but they were all the same height. It made for an uncomfortable night. The balcony overlooked other balconies, which reduced privacy.
