i found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. they cleaned the rooms daily and changed the towels. the location was superb , being right on a sandy beach with very shallow water. i appreciated the water equipment available for rent nearby.
the room i stayed in lacked a drying rack , which was inconvenient for drying clothes after swimming.

the food was delicious with drinks being satisfactory and the all inclusive option offered a good variety. i enjoyed the two pavilions near the sea , allowing for breezy lunches. there was also a varied menu with different dishes each day.

the hotel has a great location right on the beach , close to various shops. it provided easy access to the sea , with shallow water perfect for children. the area had taverns and a pharmacy nearby , which was very convenient.

The food had great variety and tasted very good. I liked that my room was on the third floor. It included a spacious balcony. The modern bathroom had a walk in shower.
I found the beds uncomfortable and low to the ground. The hotel felt small for an all-inclusive resort. I think the dining areas were overcrowded, and I saw dirty dishes and silverware.

the air conditioning was very quiet and efficient i appreciate that the pool was clean and a good size the beach is easily accessible near the hotel it has shallow warm waters the staff members were very friendly and helpful
the evening entertainment sometimes continued until late , made it difficult to get to sleep early

the reception staff offered quick assistance with all inquiries i had the restaurant staff was very attentive at dinner service providing prompt beverage refills and clearing plates quickly the cleaning staff maintained cleanliness daily.
